• Your first house cleaning is our full Reset Clean at 50% off: $212 (up to 1,500 sq ft), $287 (1,501–2,500 sq ft) or $375 (2,501–3,500 sq ft). Homes over 3,500 sq ft get a custom quote.
• One trial per household. New customers only. Within our service area.
• Home size is checked at the clean. If it's in a different size band, we'll tell you before we start.
• Requesting a trial costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We text you to set up your cleaner and time. No date or time is set until we confirm it with you.
• 100% money-back guarantee: if you don't love it, tell us within 48 hours of your clean. You choose: we come back and make it right for free, or we refund 100% of what you paid for the trial.
• The trial does not sign you up for anything. No plan starts unless you choose one.

Plan Terms

• WASHED 1x (monthly), 2x (twice a month) and 4x (weekly) are billed monthly at the price shown for your home size.
• Month-to-month. No contracts. Plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancel online anytime, no fees.
• Move any visit within the month with 48 hours' notice. Bank one missed visit for up to 60 days. Pause up to 2 months a year.
• Prepay a year and get one month free.
• Founding Member price is locked for 12 months from your plan start.
• WASHED Supply (our clothing line) is coming soon. Founding members get first access and a free piece from the first drop: 1x, a cap; 2x, a cap + heavyweight tee; 4x, the full kit (cap, tee, rain jacket).
• 2x and 4x members get one free add-on (inside fridge or oven) every quarter.
• Bring a neighbor: when they join a plan, you each get $50 off.
• 24-hour re-clean promise: if anything's off after a visit, tell us and we come back within 24 hours.

Prices and offers on this site may change; the price confirmed with you by text applies to your booking. If something isn't right, tell us. We'll make it right.

Privacy

When you request a trial, we collect your first name, mobile number and ZIP (plus your home size, if you choose to tap it), and where you came from (for example an ad or a search). We use it only to text you about your clean and to understand which ads work. By submitting, you agree we may text you about your request; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime. We don't sell your information. Ask us anytime to see or delete it.
